One of our expert stiltwalkers, Ian Prowess, in full Uncle Sam-regalia, rallied the crowds and entertained all at the National Firefighters and Police convention at the Salt Palace this month. He received nothing but rave reviews from the President of the company who hired him to perform, not to mention free Tasty Cakes from the firefighters of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Fortune Tellers

Five of our Voodoo Carnivale tarot readers, palmistry experts, and fortune tellers provided readings at a private corporate event last night at the Gallivan Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. There were lines for readings non-stop throughout the event where the Daniel Day Trio provided live music and caricature artists were on-hand to sketch the guests. I foresee many interesting events in the future...

Utah's First Mermaid

We are pleased to announce the premiere of Utah's first mermaid performer, debuting her aquatic arts at the June By Invitation Only Dinner at an exclusive location in Salt Lake City. The Voodoo Productions Pirates will be putting on a swashbuckling, sword-fighting, swarthy show for the Booster Night at Hogle Zoo tonight. And they're bringing along our Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator just for kicks. All ye landlubbers best be ready for action, or walk the plank!!!!

Voodoo Carnivale - Montage Resort Grand Opening

It was a night of outdoor opulence, with ice sculpted deck furniture covered in white fur throws and the Voodoo Carnivale fire performers earned ooh's and ah's from a bundled-up crowd. Inside, those lucky enough to make the exclusive guest list were entertained by top notch live band, The Party Crashers, while our very own Voodoo Productions flair bartenders, JJ Elsbury and Jorge Zayas, impressed the bar patrons with their flying cocktail glasses and juggled beer bottles. Attendees were giving free reign of the newly opened five star Park City resort, including complimentary eats from the many venue restaurants and food stops. Voodoo Productions live models posed as Ice Queen Living Statues on elevated pedestals, stooping and smiling periodically to be photographed with smartly-dressed resort guests.

Special thanks to Rocky Mountain Connections and Montage Resort staff for including our performers in the amazing event, to Voodoo Productions makeup artists, Christel Anthony and Curtis Kidd for making our fire artists and models look stunning, and to video genius, Michael Ori for shooting the fire demo on short notice. Oh, what a night.
